Faculty of Dentistry
The Faculty of Dentistry at AAB College offers a six-year modern dentistry degree program with 360 ECTS credits, fully aligned with the European Union higher education directives. Recognized as one of the best dental programs in Kosovo and the Balkans, it is the first in the region to introduce simulated electronic dental education by integrating computer science in dentistry and digital patient assessment using advanced dental software.
Pre-Clinical Studies (Years 1–3)
In the first three years, students take the Health Information Systems in Dentistry course, gaining practical skills in electronic patient record management, including:
Digital anamnesis and diagnosis
Treatment planning and post-treatment recovery tracking
Secure storage of patient data in an electronic dental database
Clinical Studies (Years 4–6)
The final three years focus on hands-on clinical dentistry at specialized dental clinics within AAB College. Students work directly with patients using state-of-the-art dental technology, including:
Dental lasers for hard and soft tissue procedures
CAD/CAM dentistry systems for digital impressions and communication
Digital milling machines for same-day crown and bridge fabrication
3D dental scanners and retro-alveolar imaging devices
Multiple dental implant systems
Latest-generation restorative materials and fillings
Endodontic microsurgery with advanced dental microscopes
Manual and rotary endodontic instruments
Digital Learning Resources
Students have full access to the AAB College electronic library, which offers dental textbooks, scientific journals, and research publications in all areas of dentistry. Teaching is led by both local dental experts and international professors from leading European dental schools.
